Saudia Cargo Opens Up New Routes to Athens & Marrakesh

Saudia Cargo, the Saudi Arabian airfreight flag carrier established in 2007 recently announced they had launched two new Cargo routes from-to Athens, Greece & Marrakesh, Morocco commencing June 2019. The new routes were launched to meet the growing demand for cargo operations while increasing potential trade in their respective regions.

Saudia Cargo will operate four weekly flights from Riyadh to Athens using the belly-hold capacity of the Saudia Airbus A-320 aircraft. The new Athens service will be open throughout the entire year.

The new Marrakesh route will operate Seasonal flights from the 2nd of June till October 25th with three weekly flights from Jeddah using the belly-hold capacity the Saudia Boeing 787 aircraft.

These new routes will enable Saudia Cargo to increase their presence on the African & European continents.

The airline offers 900 destinations in more than 175 countries, through a dedicated state-of-the-art freighter fleet and are members of the world’s leading cargo alliance, SkyTeam Cargo.
