Job Description:

Responsibilities :

• Be the main contact point between the company and the customers

• Coordinate pricing, booking and documentation with sales, carriers and suppliers for seafreight shipments.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher in Business or related field

• Excellent knowledge of freight forwarding/logistics, with 2-3 years working experience in freight forwarding/logistics

• Experience in handling customs clearance and consolidation services is an advantage

• Customer-focused and possess great CRM skills

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Good knowledge of computer skill

• Bachelor degree in related field
