Responsiblitities:
• To perform general office and administration work
• Source and purchase quality product and services at competitive price
• Maintain sufficient stock of office stationery and supplies
• Source and ensure regular maintenance are done as schedule to keep well-maintained of office equipment, fixture and fittings or call for urgent maintenance service as require
• Arrange air tickets, hotel, transportation, visa and work permit, as require
• Answer phone calls, in absence of receptionist
