General Conditions
- The charges quoted are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).
- If copy is not received by deadline date, the publisher reserves the right to insert copy previously used.
- Notice of cancellation is required in writing at least 30 days prior to publication date. Front cover positions are non-cancelable.
- Advertisers will be short rated if within a 12-month period from the date of the first insertion, they fail to use the number of insertions contracted for and on which applicable series rate was determined for billing purposes.
- Agency commissions to recognized agencies of 15% of gross billings, net 30 days; no commissions paid for late payments.
- Material, positive film and electronic files will be stored by the publisher for 12 months and then destroyed unless otherwise instructed in writing by the advertiser or agency.
- The publisher shall not be liable for any loss occasioned by faulty reproduction of an advertisement.
- The publisher reserves the right to postpone the publication of any advertisements if and when deemed necessary. Such postponement is not to be regarded as a violation of the contract.
- The advertiser and/or agency will indemnify and hold harmless the publisher from and against any claims or quits for libel, right of privacy, plagiarism, copyright infringement, as well as any other claims or quits based on the content or subject matter of publications.
- All copy and artwork for advertisements is subject to the approval of the publisher which also reserves the right to decline or cancel any advertisement.
